Former California GOP Chairman Frank Visco and Local Law Enforcement Also Lend Support to Garcia

This week, former Navy Fighter Pilot Mike Garcia surged past the $1 million raised mark in his campaign for California’s 25th Congressional District. The amount has been raised from over 7,000 donors making Mike Garcia the leading GOP fundraiser in the race.

Mike Garcia also picked up support from the Ventura County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association who join Ventura County District Attorney Greg Totten, Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub, former Ventura County District Attorney Michael Bradbury, former Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley, and former Ventura County Sheriff Bob Brooks as key law enforcement officials endorsing Garcia’s campaign for Congress.

Additionally, coming off the heels of critical endorsements by the LA GOP and Ventura County Republican Party, Garcia also received support from former California Republican Party Frank Visco and the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of California.

In recent weeks, Mike Garcia has racked up national, state, and local endorsements as momentum continues to build and Republicans begin to coalesce around his candidacy for Congress. The campaign has also recently received support from the War Veterans Fund PAC, SEAL PAC, and Animal Wellness Action. They join former California Governor and U.S. Senator Pete Wilson, former Congressmen Elton Gallegly and Buck McKeon as well as conservative talk radio host Larry Elder, over 30 current and former elected officials, 200 veterans, and 200 volunteers as supporters of Garcia’s campaign.

“When we started this campaign last year, we did not expect anything to just be handed to us,” said Garcia. “It’s taken a lot of hard work to get to where we are today, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the support we’ve received thus far. We’ll continue to work hard to earn each and every vote possible for the upcoming special and regular primary elections on March 3rd.”
